Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
- Orders placed after 3 PM PKT or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)
We offer the following shipping options within Pakistan:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
Free Shipping on all orders over PKR 10,000 (or your chosen threshold).
Shipping costs for orders below the free threshold are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide to most countries.
- Delivery times: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
- Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
- Important: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package anytime through the link provided or in your account dashboard.
Shipping Restrictions & Notes
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain bulky or high-value gadgets.
- Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
- During peak seasons or holidays, slight delays may occur. We will notify you if your order is affected.
- All gadgets are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
